It all started in 2006. I took my mom’s digital camera and went to a skateboarding event in my hometown of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. There I made some shots that I personally liked, and soon discovered that my others liked them too. From that point I began experimenting more — photographing anything and everything, just as many of us do. Gradually my efforts began to pay off. I participated in a few local and national contests. Over time I upgraded to better, more capable equipment, though I still had a long way to go.

Currently I’m mostly working in Wedding, Automotive and Product content. The automotive photography allows me to experiment as much as I want with light, texture, form and different post processing techniques. Concert photography is the way I reveal my love to music, by capturing those melodic moments into a muted, but at the same time screaming image. Wedding photography brings me down to earth. Gets me closer to the people and their origins and traditions.

For some time now, I am also working on Video projects. For me it's a step up from photography and opens paths to whole new perspectives and opportunities. It's been a great experience so far, mirroring a lot of my favorite genres in photography.
